* All classes are taught online through Zoom so you can do them in the comfort of your home

* Suggested equipment: mat, dumbbells, resistance bands, mini bands

All in-person personal training is done at Columbia Athletic Club in Juanita Bay (Kirkland, WA). Everything you get with virtual training, just in-person, using all the equipment that you may not have at your home. Member and Non-member pricing is available.

The training plans that I create are designed specifically for you based on your history, current fitness, and goals. I take the guesswork out of what to do each day. All you have to do is trust the process and follow the plan.
