I believe that personal wellbeing and fitness involves many things and is more than just getting a good workout in. To achieve greater wellbeing having a connection, purpose, and a plan is key.
With over fourteen years of experience in the fitness industry personal training, teaching small group classes, coaching people who want to improve their nutrition or to run their first 5k (all the way up to doing an Ironman), I have had the pleasure of working with all sorts of people facing an array of challenges. My typical client is your everyday person, just wanting to move and feel better. One of my goals is always to keep learning, so I am always on the hunt for new certifications, tips, and techniques to help my clients succeed.
I understand that change is hard, and starting a new fitness or nutrition path can be challenging and even scary. That is why I like to start people off slow and keep the daily goals easy and manageable for you. Starting from where you are now, I am here to walk by your side and help guide you through your fitness journey, not take control over it (that is up to you). I love collaborating with my clients to find things that you enjoy and give you more of that, celebrate your successes no matter how small they are, and keep moving one foot in front of the other.
